Squeeze Penny Storage is now offering remote leasing or contactless leasing. To help our team members and those looking for storage, we are working with customers over the phone to help facilitate the rental process. Our remote leasing process allows us to safely rent to our tenants, without our tenants having to come in to our rental office or interact directly with facility management. Please note, our facility management is still on site. We are able to offer a wide range of options to rent remotely including but not limited to; tenants' ability to tour the facility without management while utilizing site maps, tenants' ability to complete the rental process over the phone, tenants' ability to complete rental documents utilizing email, tenants' ability to purchase merchandise and utilize truck rental service without management interaction. We are taking advantage of technology and the use of our phones to safely walk our tenants through the entire rental process while practicing social distancing.

We are family run business specializing in storage facilities and parking for Semi Truck and trailers. Owner operators and logistics companies have loved working with us since 2016, located only 3.5 miles East of the 75 and 121 intersection. We have always been the most competitive price in DFW and we are the only facility that allow our customers to work on there trucks, change tires or oil, have onsite mechanics, and power washing services for our 18 wheeler drivers. We do ask our tenants to keep there areas clean. There is a landfill that most of our clients dump tires out for ~ $8/tire, and we can refer to you an oil disposal company as well. Most of our clients also utilize our storage containers conveniently located on site. We understand how hard the logistics and aggregate hauling industry is, and try to provide secure parking. One less thing drivers have to worry about! No other places offers so many services at such a low cost. We minimize our costs as much as possible and pass the savings on to our clients.

Additionally, we offer covered and uncovered BOAT/RV parking + indoor storage units at competitive prices. All our services are month to month with no contract and we will match any competitors price.

• Onsite Power Washing + Mechanics: Our facility does not directly employ mechanics and power washing companies but we allow them access to our facility and it saves time and money for our 18 wheeler drivers for onsite service at great prices.
• Remote move-in and autopay:  Move in remotely online or via text/phone, setup autopay, and you will automatically receive your parking spot or storage unit #, address, and gate code thereafter.
• Seven-Day-a-Week Access: It doesn’t matter what your work schedule is or how many family commitments you have; our units and parking are accessible every day of the week, 24 hours a day.
